She graduated from London Metropolitan University, UK with a bachelor of arts in International Relations. She has experience in research and project management in Non-Governmental Organisations. Her interests are in humanitarian aid and development. In line with her interests, she is a member of the Peace and Collaborative Development Network (PCDN) which is a global platform which brings together professionals with interest in peace and security. She has undertaken several trainings and attended several workshops and seminars on peace and security and conflict resolution organised by notable institutions such as Bond, UNICEF and the Overseas Development Institute. She is committed to safeguarding a more equitable society by working with charities which transform situations of crisis into opportunities and guaranteeing that crisis have a broader and positive legacy for communities involved through advocacy and capacity building.
